Six Area Offices / Personalized Service
SPS recruits from six locations to provide you with the most
qualified personnel available from your area. SPS was built
on "personalized service" each location recruits,
interviews and places their own applicants.

Employee Check-In Policy
All employees on assignments must contact (check-in) our office
one hour before their scheduled start time. This assures us,
and you, of the availability of our employees on a daily basis. |

Hours of Business
ALL OFFICES (Clerical & Industrial) Open from 8:00a.m.
To 5:00p.m.
*Buffalo Industrial division from 6:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
For
your convenience, all of our offices have a 24 hour answering
service.

Specialized Testing
SPS evaluates each application through a series of specialized
hands-on skills evaluation tests. Our clerical applications
are evaluated on: PC program skills, office automation, procedure
and technique. Our industrial applicants are evaluated on:
inventory, arithmetic and comprehensive skills.

Performance Guarantee
SPS offers a four hour performance guarantee for every employee
that is assigned to your company. If you are not completely
satisfied with their performance, let us know within four
hours and we will replace that employee free of charge!

Customer Profile
Once an order is placed, our support staff completes an in-depth,
detailed customer profile for your company. The profile includes
not only specific job requirements, but other pertinent information
that is important to you and your company such as special
dress code, department contacts and company policies. This
unique system was designed to enable us to service you more
effectively while helping us to expedite future orders.
